Warmup:

 Run 1 outside lap, Shoulder and Hip/Leg DROM, then 2 rounds of: 20 pushups, 20 squats, 20 lunges

Set up your rings for ‘ring pushups’ (scale to HRPU)

WOD:

5 rounds of the following:
20 Ring pushups
Row 500m

Cooldown with 2 inside laps and banded arm stretches, then post your time to comments.
