Deadlifting is THE anatomically correct method for picking an object off the floor or setting it back down.

Train your brain to think “deadlift” every time you perform this every-day task and your spine will thank you later!

Warmup:
Jog 1 lap
50 walking lunges
Drinking Bird stretch
20 pushups
20 squats
Spiderman stretch
Then 5 min of mobility work for Deadlifting
 
 

WOD:

Deadlift Rep scheme (heavy day) : 5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1 (9 rounds total)
