Today’s WOD is a great time to remember that most of our limitations are self-imposed. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish if you simply don’t quit.
Warmup: Row 800m, alternating 200m easy/hard efforts, 3x through Burgner warmup (last set with bar), 20 lunge-step-Sampson-stretches (5 sec hold on each step)
WOD: 15min AMRAP:
15 Dumbbell snatches (60#/35#), use only 1 hand per round
30 Double unders
Cooldown, stretch, and post rounds and reps to comments.
