  • Jog 4 laps, with coach-directed movements on second 2 laps
  • 15 good-mornings (with bar)
  • 15 SDHP with PVC
  • Jog 2 laps
  • 10 good-mornings (with bar)
  • 10 SDHP with PVC

WOD: 4 rounds of the following: 

  • 2 lap sandbag carry (50#/30#)
  • 20 reps of SDHP (95#/65#)

Cooldown, stretch, and post times to comments.
