Warmup:
200 M run
Spend 5 minutes working on foot mobility – LAX ball, foam roller, calf smash on the barbell or ask a coach for some other ideas
Arm circles Fwd/rev L/R
 
Skill: Handstand – work on holding against the wall for max time OR try walking on your hands (on the mats please) – 10 minutes
 
WOD: Benchmark – “Cindy”
20 minute AMRAP
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
 
Cool down:
Row 500M easy but continuously, spiderman stretch and review PNF stretching protocol for lats, biceps, pecs, quads
