Warmup:
Jog 4 laps – 2nd and 4th laps run backward
4 Rounds NFT:
10 Pass throughs
10 Overhead Squats
6 pullups
6 pushups
6 Toes to bar
 
WOD:
No clock – rest between each round
5 Rounds
 
5 Overhead Squats – 50-60% of your 1 rep max, not more than 135/95
5 High Box Jumps – 30/24 or greater
Perform each set of 5 unbroken, focus on form for both of these movements
 
Cool Down:
Stretch the shoulders, hips and spinal erectors, finish with 400M run without stopping, easy pace
