Warmup: 3 rounds of – Row 300m, 15 squats, 10 pullups, 5 burpees

Then 10 minutes skill work on ~50% Max weight SDHP’s (5 sets of 7)

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:  80 double unders, 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (135/95)

Cooldown with banded shoulder stretches and “Clean or Pulls’ Mobility work.
