10 OHS with PVC
10 Situps
10 OHS with unloaded barbell
10 Situps
 
WOD:
2 Rounds for time
75 Situps
50 OHS 75/55 (Int 55/35, Beg 35/15)
75 Doubleunders (Int – 75 hurdle hops, Beg – 300 Singles)
 
Cool Down:
Row Minimum 500M
Group stretch shoulders, quads, couch stretch and lateral lunges
