Warmup: 5 rounds- Jog 200m, 10 pushups, 10 pass-throughs, 10 Overhead squats (with PVC)

Work on shoulder mobility for 5 minutes

WOD: “Nancy”-  5 rounds for time: Run 4oom (4 laps), 15 Overhead squats (95#/65#)

Cooldown: 3 rounds of- Jog 200m, 10 pushups, 10 pass-throughs
