Warmup: 2x through: 25 squats, 1 min squat stretch, 20 pushups, 2 min shoulder stretches, then 4 laps running at 80% effort (make sure your heart rate comes up to a full-effort tempo), then stretch while letting your heart return to a normal, light activity tempo.

WOD:   ʺKarenʺ, For time:  150 Wallball shots (men- 20# to 10′ height, women- 14# to 9′ height)
