Strength:  Shoulder press- 5 sets of 5

WOD: Tabata interval for each of the following four movements (16:00 total Tabata clock):   Pullups, Abmat situps, Ring dips, Squats  (Total score is the sum of the least number of reps achieved in a 20sec interval for each movement)
