Warmup: Jog 400m, Then 2 times through the following: 20 pushups, 2 min banded shoulder stretches, 20 squats, couch stretch- 30 sec each leg

 

WOD: 5 rounds: 200m run, 5 Front Squat (185/135, Int-135/95, Beg-95/65), 10 burpees.

Cooldown, stretch, and post times to comments.
