Strongman WOD, Brian-style. I think this qualifies as Atlas Stones “the easy way”.
Warmup: 100 jump rope singles, then 3 rounds of: 15 ring rows, 15 sumo-stance deadlifts (with sandbag), 15 double unders
WOD- 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of: SDHP (95/65) and Double unders
Cooldown, stretch, and post times to comments. Remember to keep track of you double-under tally for the December challenge (warmup and WOD double-unders don’t count toward the challenge)
