Warmup: Arm & Leg DROM, then 2 rounds of:  30 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 20 abmat situps, 10 burpees, 20 PVC thrusters

Spend ~5min working on your Toes to Bar or scaling for TTB.

WOD: 3 rounds: 20 DB/KB Thruster (55/35#), 20 TTB, 20 burpees

(The thrusters can be done with either hand)

Cooldown by jogging for 3 min, then stretch and post times to comments.
