Warmup: Perform the WOD movements for 15 reps of each, then continue with individual warmup movements and stretching, ensure you are setup and ready to start the WOD at 25 minutes after the hour.

WOD: ‘”400 Reps to Freedom” -Chipper: 50 cal row, 50 pushups, 50 squats, 50 lunges, 50 KB cleans (24/16kg), 50 Abmat situps, 50 KB swings, 50 D/U’s.

Cooldown, stretch, and post times to comments.
