Sub-scapular mobilization with K-Starr

Warmup:
50 doubleunders
50 jumping jacks
50 abmat situps
Coach lead shoulder DROM & Mobility – use same ball/bar combo from Monday for ~2min per side – perform a few pullups before and after to test your results
 
Skill: Push Jerk
– Spend 10 minutes drilling technique with an empty bar or moderate weight (no more than 95/65)
 
Conditioning:
Every 3 minutes for a total of 15 minutes (5 rounds) perform the following
5 Push Jerks 95/65# (From the floor, scale as necessary)
