Warmup:  Arm & leg DROM, jog 400m, Then 2 rounds of : 30 walking lunges steps, 20 drinking bird stretches, 20 pushups, and 20 squats

 

Strength: Deadlift (5 sets of 7)

 

WOD: 100 burpees for time

 

Cooldown with an easy 500m row, stretch your hamstrings and glutes, and post WOD time to comments.
