Skill- Today’s skill is to work on the strict shoulder press movement; 3 rounds of 7 reps. The weight you can successfully strict press for 7 reps is the weight you’ll use for the WOD.
WOD- 20min AMRAP: 5 push press , 10 KB swings (24/16kg), 20 Double unders
