Warmup- 3 rounds: 30 jumping jacks, 30 ft walking plank (like the bear walk, but with a straight body), 10 frog leaps, 10 barbell high pulls (strict-no hip extension).
Spend 10 minutes reviewing Sumo Deadlift High Pull form and establishing your ring dip scaling for the WOD.
WOD- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
8 Ring dips
10 Box jumps, (24″/16″)
12 SDHP (95/65 pound barbell)
Cooldown, stretch (LAX ball work), and post your rounds and reps to comments.
