Warmup: In any order and sequence: 50 box dips, 50 ring rows, 50 squats, 25 knee raises to parallel.

Skill: 20 minutes working on Muscle-up progression.

Conditioning: 300 total reps for time- Abmat situps and boxjumps (20″/16″)  The number of each movement performed doesn’t matter, just keep doing either exercise until you get to 300.

Cooldown, stretch abs and calves, and post times to comments.
