Load and Tension – today we are going to work upstream of the knee at the hip to try and optimize the bottom position of the squat.  The stronger you are at your weakest position the less likely you are to fail at any point in the movement!

Warmup:
2 minutes doubleunder practice
10 Air squats with 5 sec hold at bottom
2 sets – (total of 8 min) 2 min each leg – lateral hip capsule mobilization per the video
10 Air squats with 5 sec hold at bottom – can you feel a difference?
 
Conditioning:
10 minutes or 10 rounds – whichever comes first (medium pace)
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
 
Cool Down: 
200M walk/jog, stretch calves, quads, hips and lats
