Last day of Deload week – wasn’t it great?

Saturday classes are always a blast!

Warmup:
400M run
400M Row
5 x Spider man stretch each leg
10 Air squats
Big Arm circles L/R
Partner hamstring stretches
Partner shoulder stretches
10 x drinking bird stretches
 
Secure from Deload Week
 
Conditioning – Buddy WOD
25 minute AMRAP
20 Partner Wallballs (each partner does 10 reps)
20 Burpees 
20 Hang power cleans 95/65
100 M Shuttle run
– Only one partner may be working at a time on Burpees and HPC
– Both partners must complete the run and the bar must travel with you (Stay to the right!)
– Final score will be total rounds and reps completed during the 25 minute period
 
 
 
 
 
 
Cool Down: 
Walk/Jog 200M, stretch hamstrings, finklestein stretch, banded shoulder complex
