Warmup:
400M Run
3 rounds through the Burgner Warmup
2 minute squat bottom stretch
 
Strength/Skill: Snatch
– In 20 minutes work up to a 1 rep max snatch
– if you are not comfortable with a 1RM continue working assistance movements and practice power snatch and overhead squat combinations
 
Conditioning:
For time – 
200M Run
25 KB swings 24/16kg (Int: 16/12 kg, Beg 12/light DB)
100M Run
15 KB Swings
50M run
5 KB Swings
20 burpees
 
Cool Down:
Easy row 500M, stretch upper back and hamstrings
