Warmup:
3 Rounds NFT
10 pushups
15 GHD situps
20 Air Squats
 
Strength: Weighted Pullups
7 sets of 1 rep each for max weight
 
Then for max reps:
2 sets strict pullups (90 sec rest between efforts)
2 sets kipping pullups (90 sec rest between efforts)
2 sets jumping pullups (90 sec rest between efforts)
 
Cool Down:
1) Forearms stretch – 4 x 15 sec each arm
2) Mobility band compression biceps (with a partner – 10 extensions each arm)
3) Foam roller – lats and middle back – 10 passes per side
4) First rib mobilization with ball on bar or barbell in rack – 10 arm passes each side
