Key-words – “Prioritize the braced, neutral position when lifting off the ground.”
 
Starting off today – test yourself to see if you can get down and grab a barbell without bending your knees and keeping your back flat.  If you can’t – spend extra time during the warmup today stretching hamstrings and re-testing
 
Warmup:
250M Row
200M Run
10 Pass throughs
10 OHS
10 PVC Deadlifts
 
20 minutes Goat work
– Pick your least favorite workout elements and spend a focused period of time making them better either from a mobility or movement standpoint.  If you need suggestions or direction ask a coach, this should not be a comfortable 20 minutes.
 
Conditioning:
4 Rounds 
15 Abmat situps
8 Pullups
8 Deadlifts 115/85
 
Cool Down:
1) 400M Easy Row
2) Hamstring PNF stretches with a partner
3) Squat bottom hold – 90 seconds
