Almost done with Deload Week – how is everyone feeling?

Warmup:
Run 1 outdoor lap
3 Rounds not for time:
30 sec shoulder stretch L/R
30 Sec squat/hips stretch
8 PVC Thruster
Foot position drills – 30 ft each (outside/inside, duck, pigeon, backwards on toes, heels)
 
Mobility Work: 20 minutes
Freestyle mobility session for 20 minutes focusing on any of your joints that don’t function normally
 
Conditioning: 
4 Rounds:
8 Thrusters 95/65 (New athletes sub 16 Wallball shots)
200M Run
 
Cool Down:
1) 100M Walk/stretch
2) Samson stretch – 2 x 15 sec each leg
3) Quads – foam roll or compression band
