Warmup:
Run 1 outdoor lap or Row 750m
10 PVC pass throughs
30 ft walking toe touches
30 ft bear crawl
30 ft reverse bear crawl
30 ft duck walk with with PVC in overhead position
 
OHS skill review and loading selection
– The weight should be selected as appropriate for each individual – RX is 95/65 but “heavier is OK!”
 
WOD:
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 OHS
15 Pullups
100M Sandbag shuttle
 
Cool Down:
1) Banded shoulder stretches
2) Foam Roller – front/side/rear shoulders and middle back
3) Stretch quads & glutes
