Warmup:
10 PVC pass throughs
200M run
10 pushups
200M run
2 rounds through Burgner warmup with PVC
 
WOD:
AMRAP in 15 minutes
15 Reps Snatch 75/55
30 Doubleunders
15 Reps Snatch 95/65
30 Doubleunders
15 Reps Snatch 115/75
30 Doubleunders
 
– If there are not enough weights to perform this workout as prescribed we will adjust accordingly and select a medium weight for the workout
 
Cool Down:
1) 100 Jumprope singles
2) 30ft walking lunges – slow and low
3) 30ft walking toe touches
4) Arm & shoulder DROM
