Warmup:
Pick a WOD-partner that you don’t know well!!
Coach Lead DROM – 5 minutes
25 Jumping jacks
Practice buddy carry
10 pushups
10 Slam balls
10 air squats
10 Push press
 
Partner WOD:
– All rep counts are combined totals
100 Reps Good morning 45/35
100 Reps slam ball 30/20
100 Reps Push Press 45/35
100 Reps Front Squats 45/35
100M buddy carry – switch partners at 50M
– If the bar goes below knee height at any time both partners must perform 10 burpees AFTER the buddy carry to call time (per infraction)
– This includes during slam balls
– Creativity will be rewarded with burpees 🙂

Cool Down:
Group stretch and mobilization – keep your partner and stretch quads, triceps, shoulders, hamstrings.
