Warmup:
Group dynamic warmup
– Find a partner for the WOD
 
Partner Chipper:
Partner carry shuttle run 100M
100 burpee pullups
Partner wheelbarrow – 2x down and back on mats
200 Stiff leg throw-downs
Partner carry shuttle run
100 Wallballs
Partner wheel barrow – 2x
100 box jumps 24/20
 
– Break up reps however you want but each exercise must be completed before moving on
– Partners can not work at the same time
 
Cash Out:
Max total reps – 60 sec pullups/60 sec pushups
 
Cool Down:
Group stretch – hamstrings/quads/chest/lats/forearms
