WOD Tue 8-6-13 “Cindy”

Warmup:
750M Row
Then 3 rounds through burgner warmup with PVC
 
Skill/Str: 3 position snatch
   5 x 
1 x Squat snatch from the floor
1 x Squat snatch from just above knees (low-hang)
1 x Squat snatch from hips (high-hang)
 
– Weight should be increased to as heavy as possible without re-gripping
 
 
Benchmark WOD: “Cindy”
AMRAP in 20 minutes
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
 
Cool Down:
1) Walk/jog 200M
2) Foam roller – middle and upper back – 2 minutes
3) Foam roller – lats – 2 minutes
4) Foam roller – quads – 2 minutes
