Warmup:
Easy 1K row
 
Conditioning:
EMOM for 24 minutes
1) 45 sec plank hold/15 sec rest
2) 30 sec superman hold R/L
3) 10 reps deadlift with 40% of your 1RM
4) Rest 
 
Cool Down:
1) Foam roller – mid back and shoulders with hands anchored (by partner or KB/plate/etc)
2) Triceps tretch – 2 x 30 sec L/R
3) Prone quad stretch with band – 1 min L/R
