Jumping Jacks
Partner stiff leg throw-downs
Walking lunges
 
8 x 20 yd running drills
– Pose/Fall 3x
– High heels
– High knees
– Broad jumps
– Wall running
– Half sprints
 
Conditioning:
16 minutes for quality
10 KB Swings 16/12
10 HR pushups
10 Air squats
10 Pullups
