Warmup:
Jog 1 outdoor lap
Group DROM and stretching
 
Gymnastics Intervals: 5 rounds in 25 minutes
1) Front Lever – 15 sec hold
2) 20 unbroken jumping lunges
3) Back Lever – 15 sec hold
4) 30 sec handstand hold OR 30 ft. handstand walk OR 16 handstand chest touches OR 10 HSPU
 
Conditioning:
3 x 500M Max Effort Row
– approx 2 min rest between efforts
