Partner WOD:

Complete the following for time:

200 Doubleunders (600 singles)

100 Abmat situps

200 Doubleunders

100 Med Ball Cleans 20/14

200 Doubleunders

100 Burpees (jump onto 45# plate)

 

Rules: 

1) Only one partner can be working on the counted exercises at a time

2) The other partner must be in the bottom position of the overhead squat for any reps to count – Rx is 45/35, scale down to a PVC pipe if necessary
