Strength: Ring Dips

4 rounds for max reps (scale to achieve a minimum of 15 unbroken reps)

3 minutes rest after each round

 

WOD: 4 rounds for time

4 rope ascents

40 Doubleunders

– Substitute 10 strict pullups and 10 TTB for each 4 rope ascents

– 3 for 1 singles if you don’t have doubleunders
