Complete the following sets rep/weight schemes:

3 minutes – 5 x 60% Back squat

3 minutes – 5 x 65% Back squat

3 minutes – 2 x 70% Back squat

2 minutes – 5 x 60% Front Squat

2 minutes – 5 x 70% Front Squat

2 minutes – 2 x 75% Front Squat

 

Conditioning:

100 pullups for time
