Gymnastic Skill: Handstand progressions

– 10 minutes free play working handstands (try out the new mats in the back!)

Variants: Head stand, handstand at wall, free standing, handstand walking

 

WOD: “The Chief”

5 rounds for max total reps:

3 minute AMRAP followed by 1 minute rest

3 Power Cleans 135/95

6 Pushups

9 Air Squats
