Strength: Back Squat

5 sets of 3 reps @ 80% of 1RM

– Final set for max reps

 

Conditioning: EMOM for 20 minutes

Odd – 10M shuttle run x 8 reps

Even – 7 burpees

– TRY HARD but if you get to 45 seconds and you are still working, subtract a rep from your set until you get at least 15 sec rest
