Thanksgiving! 11-28-13 – “Murph”

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone – Remember CFM will have only one workout today at 9:00AM until everyone is done!

CFM is thankful for every one of you.  We hope you have fun on today’s Hero WOD and that is makes your turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie (or whatever your traditional dish is) taste even better.

Benchmark Hero WOD: “Murph”

For Michael Murphy.

Run 1 mile

Break up as you desire:

– 100 pullups

– 200 Pushups

– 300 Air squats

Run 1 mile

– Wear a 20# vest or body armor if possible.

– Pullups, pushups, and squats can be broken up as you see fit but the 1 mile runs must be performed to start and to finish the wod
