Partner or Team WOD: 

In teams of 2-3 perform the following for time:

150 Burpees

150 pullups

150 Ground to shoulders 115/75

– Numbers on the team will be determined by experience level, same with weight for power cleans

– Teams of 2 only 1 member working at a time.  Teams of 3 can have 1 or 2 working at a time
