Mobility Focus: Lats and Chest

– Extra 10 minutes post warm-up hitting the lats and chest with a partner

– Superman stretch

– Ball-on-bar lat tissue smash

– Foam roller with band or partner distraction

 

Deload Shoulder Strength:

Ring dips – no time component

5 x 12 strict

 

Deload conditioning:

14 x 1 minute intervals

3 box squats with jump (weight assigned by coach)

3 high box jumps
