Functional Fitness for Youth


We specialize in teaching youth how to move and lift weight in a safe and fun environment. Starting at 5th grade, we focus on teaching body awareness and how to pick up objects with proper form. They will be introduced to dumbbells, barbells and weight training as their form and body allows for it. We coach them personally in proper weight lifting and Olympic Lifting form.

Our classes are 30 minutes long and include a warm-up, a skill or strength session, a workout, and a cool down. Each class is led by a Certified CrossFit Coach who specializes in how to safely work with kids as they are growing and maturing.

What Do we DO:


We currently only offer classes for youth 5th grade through 8th grade. If your child is in high school, please reach out to us about their participation in our adult group classes.

Class Levels:


  • Juniors Class Fall 2023 Session

    • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5-5:30PM

  • NOTE: We do not offer any Summer Kids Classes.

  • Juniors Class Winter 2024 Session will start Jan 15, 2024.
