Step 2: Your First 5 classes will be going over the Fundamentals of CrossFit with our Private Training Fundamentals Package

  • Private Training Fundamentals Classes are scheduled on your schedule.

  • Participation in all 5 sessions is required before joining the Group Classes.

Step 3: Once your 5 classes are completed, you will move into the Group Classes that fit your schedule

3x Weekly Membership

This membership allows you to come 12 times per month to any Group Classes that fit your schedule.

This membership allows you to participate in unlimited Group Classes per month.
